NOTES:

• Each accepted paper must be presented by one of its authors (presenter/presenting author) and he/she is required to register the Full Registration before June 25th.

• IEEE IRI 2005 Proceedings and registration receipt WILL NOT BE SENT to anyone via mail -- authors must pick them up during the conference.

• The completed, signed and dated IEEE copyright form should be submitted by June 20, 2005 in one of the following ways:
