• The author registration deadline is September 24, 2004. The advance registration deadline for conference participants is November 10, 2004.

• In order to be published, each paper must be accompanied by a full (non-student) registration payment prior to September 24, 2004; each full registration fee covers only one paper.

• Authors are limited to four pages for short papers and eight pages for regular papers. One additional page per paper can be purchased by remitting a $150 Extra Page Fee before the author registration deadline.

• The full registration fee includes all conference events including conference banquet and a copy of the proceedings. The student registration fee includes access to all sessions, light breakfast, coffee breaks, and a copy of the proceedings.

• The conference banquet will be held during a dinner cruise with Miami as a backdrop. A limited number of extra tickets are available at a cost of $75.
