SCIS Featured Courses

COP 4225 - Advanced Unix Programming

This course gives a Unix overview of files and directories. Shell programming is an integral part of the Unix experience, so Unix tools such as sed and grep are covered. This course also covers the Unix internals such as the file systems and process structure and deals with using the system call interface and inter-process communication.
