Papers must be unpublished and must not be submitted for publication elsewhere. Each submission must be accompanied by the following information: a title, an abstract, a complete list of authors and their affiliations, and an email address of the contact person for correspondence. Papers must be written in English and should not exceed 10 pages using IEEE Proceedings Formatting Guidelines (IEEE style files available for Word and LaTeX). The final versions of accepted papers would be limited to 8 pages, with option to buy additional pages.

All submissions will be reviewed using a double-blind review process, i.e., the identity of authors, and referees will not be revealed to each other. To ensure blind reviewing, authors' names and affiliations should not appear in the paper, and bibliographic references should be suitably modified.

Please follow these steps in order to submit a paper:

1. Use the abstract submission interface to provide the main information on your paper. You will be given an id/password which must later be used to access the system during the following steps, so please be careful to remember it.

2. Once an abstract has been submitted, you can access the paper submission interface to upload the file of your complete paper.

The deadine for submitting a paper is January 21, 2008. Please make sure to upload your paper before the deadline. Thanks!
