Special Interest Groups

Special Interest Groups are subdivisions of ACM that explore individual topics of interest. SIGs have their own meetings can host their own events in addition to those put on by the club as a whole.

SIGs are started by individuals in ACM who would like to see groups dedicated to specific topics. If you're interested in starting a new SIG, feel free to suggest it at our general meetings!

Current Special Interest Groups

SIG for Cryptography and Computer Security discusses current issues in cryptography, computer security, anonymous systems, and related topics. Members usually present security-related papers and experiences. Anybody is welcome to join the group in order to learn new things, share knowledge, and engage in active discussions in crypto and security-related topics.

SIG for Robotics The Robotics club incorporates both engineering and programming anyone who has a interest in robotics is invited to attend no matter how little or great your knowledge is on the subject. We will be using both kits and our own brilliant schemes to create well whatever we want. This club is all about having fun creating things that ordinarily most people don’t just don’t have the funds to create on there own.
