Florida International University’s Master of Science in Data Science & Artificial Intelligence has been ranked #12 on TechGuide’s 2025 list of the Most Affordable Master’s in Data Science Programs.
This national recognition highlights the program’s outstanding balance of academic excellence and affordability—a combination that helps remove barriers for students pursuing one of today’s most in-demand fields.
TechGuide analyzed tuition data from the U.S. Department of Education’s IPEDS database and noted FIU’s program as a clear leader in offering accessible, high-quality Data Science education.
Several leading institutions—such as USC, Rice University, and Virginia Tech—have previously been featured in TechGuide’s rankings. FIU’s inclusion reflects the program’s growing national reputation and commitment to student success.
