Combined BS in Electrical Engineering/MS in Telecommunications and Networking Program (4+1)

The accelerated degree pathway allows for undergraduate level students to start working towards their Master’s in Computer Science (MS-CS), MS in Cybersecurity, MS in Telecommunications & Networking or Master’s in Data Science (MS-DS)before having completed their bachelor’s degree. Students who qualify for the accelerated degree pathway will be able to complete their bachelors while having 1/3 of their masters completed at the same time. The program not only helps students save money, but also time.

The MS in Data Science & Artificial Intelligence is an interdisciplinary degree program designed to provide studies in scientific methods, processes and system to extract knowledge or insights from data in various forms. With 5 areas of concentration available, students can pursue a more specialized study in the field, obtaining a higher level of education.

Combined BS in Information Technology/MS In Engineering Management Pathway

Students who pursue a BS degree and are approaching their first semester of the senior year in Information Technology and have earned at least a 3.2 overall GPA may, upon recommendation from three faculty members, apply to the department to enroll in the combined BSIT/MSEM pathway. Students must also submit an online application to the University Graduate School for admission to the MSEM program. In addition to the admission requirements of the MSEM program, students must meet all the admission requirements of the University Graduate School.

Accelerated Degree Pathway BS in Computer Science/MS in Engineering Management

Students who pursue a BS degree and are approaching their senior year in Computer Science and have earned at least a 3.2 overall GPA may, upon recommendation from three faculty members, apply to the department to enroll in the combined BSCS/MSEM pathway. Students must also submit an online application to the University Graduate School for admission to the MSEM program. In addition to the admission requirements of the MSEM program, students must meet all the admission requirements of the University Graduate School.
