Want to pick up a new programming language? Upsilon Pi Epsilon (UPE), would like to cordially invite you to our Golang Workshop taking place Thursday, April 2nd, at 7:00 p.m. in PG6 116.
At this workshop, we will show you how to create basic programs using Golang (Go). Go is a programming language created by Google. It’s syntactically like C, but has more integrity and security compared to its counterpart. Some notable applications that use Go include Docker, Kubernetes, Google, Netflix, MongoDB and more!
This workshop doesn’t require any previous experience – you just need to bring your own laptop and follow the presentation. We’ll also serve snacks and refreshments.
This workshop is part of the UPE Code program. If you’re interested in attending, make sure to RSVP beforehand!
